Never got my order. I ordered this on October 7th, and it is now October 29th - and NO order. The team has been incredibly unhelpful and at points very rude. “Well, it takes time to ship, it’s custom made” or “Ask again in a few business days” and when I had told them I was upset with their service, they said “Yes we know. Your belt was shipped out.” I’ve been told on numerous occasions it would be here on specific days - all of which are false. They have one single person running their “chat” and are unhelpful. Wish I could get a refund - I already purchased from somewhere else and got it within 3 days. Don’t buy from here!
